Hello! I’m Jiaqi WANG (also known as Covee), a photographer from China whose creative journey has been shaped by life in London and Paris.
With a background in photojournalism and professional training in photography in Paris, my work bridges documentary authenticity and artistic exploration. Outside, I am drawn to fleeting moments that often go unnoticed — subtle gestures, passing light, emotions that exist only for an instant; In the studio, my focus shifts to creating images that speak for themselves. From portraits to still life, I explore light, colour, and composition to build visual worlds with intention and atmosphere.
From the energy of the Paris 2024 Olympics to carefully constructed studio scenes, I am drawn to images that feel both honest and visually striking. Based in Paris, I bring together cultural sensitivity, storytelling, and a strong visual language to create work that is both meaningful and enduring.
